Hi there, I'm Lisa Pavlatos. I have over 24 years of experience as an Escrow Officer. I specialize in residential purchases and refinances with Conventional, FHA and VA financing. I began my career at an early age, working at Detente Escrow in West Covina under the wing of my mother, Kathy Nicholas. I am currently the Manager of Mosaic Escrow.
I am very knowledgeable in the escrow field. Those who know me, know that I take pride in my work. The greatest compliment I can get, is to receive a new escrow from a happy client. That is what keeps me going.
I believe that the key to success is GOOD SERVICE. I instill this in all of my employees.
