Kathy has been in the escrow business for over 40 years.  Formally the owner of Detente Escrow in West Covina, Kathy came out of retirement to work alongside her daughter Lisa and work in a field that she loves...ESCROW.

A true professional, Kathy is knowledgeable in all types of escrow transactions and the problems that can arise. She is foremost, however, DEDICATED TO SERVICE.

In her spare time, Kathy enjoys unwinding in front of a good movie or Denver Bronco game and playing with her granddaugher.
