Hi there, I am Lisa Pavlatos, Owner/Founder of Mosaic Escrow Inc. since 2006. I have over 35+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer. I began my escrow career at an early age, under the wing of my mother, Kathy Nicholas (former owner of Detente Escrow in West Covina). I am currently transitioning from Lead Escrow Officer to Advisor. Brandy has been an escrow officer on my unit for many years. I am pleased that she has been able to seamlessly take over as the lead Escrow officer. Brandy and I communicate on a daily basis, and I am excited to see her excel in this expanded role!
