Melissa’s career began with an independent escrow company in 1990, as an assistant. By 1997 she was a successful Escrow officer with an impressive following of clientele. Melissa is passionate about customer service, making sure that each client, be it agent, buyer, or seller, has full understanding of any and all issues pertaining to their transaction. She is also a trusted resource for information. Her patience and knowledge serve the client in the best possible way as she shares her expertise and ideas. Melissa is skilled in Residential, REO, and Short Sale Transactions. In addition, she also specializes in Commercial Real Estate and investor transactions. In her spare time Melissa enjoys the outdoors, baking, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.
